Email & CRM

Proper email. Enquiries that don't fall through.

An address on your own domain and a simple system that remembers every enquiry. Take either or both.

Trusted by

Quotes sent from a Gmail address and enquiries tracked in a head or a notebook. That's how jobs quietly go missing. A proper address and a simple system catch them all.

What's included

Two modules, one tidy setup.

Email

Domain email

you@yourbusiness.ie on your own domain, working on every device.

Migration

Old mail and contacts brought across without losing anything.

Shared inboxes

An info@ address the whole crew can see and answer.

CRM

A simple system that logs every enquiry, quote and job.

Pipeline view

See what's quoted, what's won and what's gone quiet.

Training

A short walkthrough so it actually gets used.

Take either module on its own, or both together. They're built to work as a pair and priced to stand alone.

Want it off your plate?

How it works

No mystery, start to finish.

A quick call to find out what your business actually needs.

Plan

A price, a scope and a launch date. In writing, up front.

Build

The messy bit we handle, so you can keep running your business.

Launch

Live on the date, then looked after.

Questions

The things owners ask before they start.

Can I keep my old email address?

Yes. Old mail and contacts come across, and the old address can keep forwarding so nothing goes missing in the change.

Do I need the CRM part?

Not always. If enquiries are rare and answered same-day, email alone may do. Once quotes start slipping through the cracks, the CRM pays for itself.

Which tools do you use?

Simple, mainstream ones your next hire will already know. The setup is chosen to fit your business, not to earn anyone a reseller commission.

Is it hard to switch?

You'll feel it for an afternoon, not a month. We plan the move, run the two systems side by side, and switch when everything's proven.
