Small business websites that turn visitors into enquiries.

Designed, built and looked after. The setup underneath is handled too, so you get a site that works and a phone that rings.

Trusted by

Most small-business sites were built once, years ago, and left to rot. Yours will be fast, easy to find, and simple to update, built by people who answer the phone when you call.

What's included

Everything a working website needs.

No surprise add-ons. The things below come as standard on every build.

Design that fits your trade

A custom layout built around your business, not a template a hundred other firms are also using.

Built to load fast

Pages that open in under two seconds on a phone, where most of your customers will see them.

Right on every screen

Designed mobile-first, so it looks and works as well on a phone as it does on a laptop.

Easy to update yourself

Change your text, prices and photos without ringing a developer every time something moves.

Found on Google from day one

The on-page SEO basics done properly, so you start showing up for what you actually do.

The setup underneath, sorted

Domain, hosting, SSL and your Google Business Profile handled, so nothing's left half-done.

You can see what's working

Analytics and enquiry tracking wired in, so you know where your customers are coming from.

Looked after after launch

Support that doesn't vanish on go-live. A direct line when you need a change made.

I'm a painter, not a web person, and keeping my work online always felt beyond me. Michael took that off my hands and built somewhere my paintings could be seen properly. Within three weeks of going live, the site had already paid for itself. Now the work speaks for me, even when I'm in the studio.

How it works

No mystery, start to finish.

Chat

A quick call to find out what your business actually needs from a site.

Plan

A price, a scope and a launch date. In writing, up front, before any work starts.

Build

The messy bit we handle, with one check-in so there are no surprises at the end.

Launch

Live on the date we agreed, then looked after, not handed over and forgotten.

Questions

The things owners ask before they start.

What does a website cost?

Every site is priced up front, before any work starts. Most small-business builds land in a clear range we agree at the first call, and the price you agree is the price you pay.

How long does it take?

Most builds go live within a few weeks, depending on size and how quickly the content comes together. You get a launch date in writing at the planning stage.

What do you need from me?

A bit of your time at the start, any brand bits you already have, and a steer on the content. If writing isn't your thing, we can sort that too. You're never left staring at a blank page.

Do I own the website?

Yes. The site, the domain and every account are yours, in your name. No lock-in, and no holding your business hostage if you ever decide to move on.

What happens after it goes live?

It's looked after, not handed over and forgotten. Hosting, updates and security are handled, and there's someone to call when something needs changing, not a ticket queue.
