AI & automation

The repetitive work, off your desk.

AI wired into the tools you already use. Enquiries sorted, quotes chased, bookings logged, without you touching a keyboard. You get the hours back.

Trusted by

Every week the same emails get written, the same details get retyped into three places, and the same invoices get chased at ten o'clock. It's work, but it's not the work you're good at. We wire AI into the tools you already use so the repetitive jobs run themselves. We run Wagyu on the same workflows we sell.

Questions

The things owners ask before they start.

Do I need to buy new software?

That depends on what you're running already. If the right tools are in place, we wire into them. If not, the job will likely need an AI subscription, and we'll tell you which one, what it costs and why before anything is agreed. No surprise licences.

What kind of jobs can be automated?

The repetitive ones with clear rules. Sorting and answering enquiries, chasing quotes and invoices, moving bookings into calendars, pulling reports together. If you do it every week and it makes you sigh, it's a candidate.

What happens when the AI gets something wrong?

We plan for that rather than pretend it won't. Anything customer-facing or money-touching gets a human check before it goes out. The automation does the legwork; you keep the final say.

How is it priced?

A fixed price per build, agreed up front once we've seen the job. If you want us minding it month to month, that's a simple monthly rate you can stop any time.

Do you use this yourselves?

Every day. Wagyu's own enquiries land in the CRM without anyone typing them in, and the admin runs on the same workflows we sell.
