Cookie policy
The cookies this site uses, what each one is for, and how to accept, decline or change your choices at any time via the cookie banner.
Last updated: 22 July 2026The short version
This site uses cookies for analytics, but only if you accept them. Essential cookies that make the site work don’t need your consent. You choose through the consent banner when you first visit, and you can change your mind at any time.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser to remember things between visits: preferences, sessions, or, most commonly, analytics and advertising identifiers.
What we use
- Essential: needed for the site to work. These don’t need consent.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4, to understand how the site is used;
HubSpot (our customer relationship tool), to connect your visit to any
enquiry you send us; and Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised session
playbacks and heatmaps so we can see how pages are used and improve them.
HubSpot sets the cookies
hubspotutk,__hstc,__hsscand__hssrc. Clarity sets_clckand_clsk, and may set related Microsoft cookies such asCLIDandMUID. All set only if you accept.
We don’t currently set advertising cookies.
Your choice
Analytics cookies load only after you accept them. We collect and manage that consent through CookieYes, the banner you see on your first visit. You can accept, reject, or change your choice at any time. If you reject, those tools don’t run.
If you send us an enquiry through the contact form, the enquiry itself is stored in HubSpot so we can reply and keep track of it. That happens whether or not you accept cookies; it’s how we handle your message, not tracking.
You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time.
More
How we handle personal data generally is covered in the privacy policy.
