What you need to know before we start
You own it

After handover, you own the site, and you manage the foundations it runs on: your web address, your hosting, and any card fees if you sell online. You pay those providers directly, at cost: a domain name runs from about €15 a year, depending on the name, and nothing is marked up by us. Would you rather not deal with any of that? We'll look after it for you.

Before we start

It's easy. We send you a short questionnaire, about 30 minutes, that tells us everything we need to build your site: your business, your services and your style. Alongside that we'll need your content (words, photos, logo, or the go-ahead for us to source images), access to your web address and Google account, one point of contact, and your deposit to book the slot. One optional extra that helps us a lot: send three or four websites whose look you like, so we design in a direction you're happy with from the start.

Payment

Half to book your slot, half when your site goes live.

What does a website cost?

A single page is €700 ex VAT, up to five pages is €1,500 ex VAT, and custom builds are quoted for the project. The full breakdown is further up this page, and the price you agree is the price you pay.

How long does it take?

A single page goes live in 5 working days and a five-page site in 10, counted from the day we have all your content. Custom builds get their own launch date in writing at the planning stage.

What do you need from me?

A bit of your time at the start, any brand bits you already have, and a steer on the content. If writing isn't your thing, we can sort that too. You're never left staring at a blank page.

Do I own the website?

Yes. The site, the domain and every account are yours, in your name. No lock-in, and no holding your business hostage if you ever decide to move on.

What happens after it goes live?

It's looked after, not handed over and forgotten. Every build comes with a window for minor tweaks after go-live, 7 days on a single page, 14 on a five-page site, 30 on a custom build, and we keep an eye on the handover. After that, we're happy to keep the site updated and add to it. Anything outside the original scope is priced for the work and agreed with you first. Your domain and hosting stay in your name, so you can manage them yourself or have us look after them as an add-on.
